Shipping costs and shipping of an order:
Orders on occasion-shop are shipped with Post NL and Bpost troughout Europe. Larger orders (+30KG) are normally shipped throuhg TNT or GLS. You will receive a track & trace code from us by e-mail for tracking your order online. This is also the case for the larger orders. Delivery to mailbox addresses is not possible for shipments larger than 12KG. We always advise to use a regular delivery address for delivery of your order.
It is possible that it takes up to 24 hours before a track & trace code is activated and the shipment is traceable online. If a shipment can't be traced online after 72 hours, please contact our service department.
Large or heavy orders normally are shipped with TNT or sometimes GLS. Sometimes it's possible that your order or a part of it is delivered directly from our supplier. In that case your order will be delivered by DHL.
Deliveries within the BeNeLux countries normaly take 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Shipments to the rest of Europe are usually deliverd with 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. If the indecated delivery date can't be achieved, we will inform you of this in advance. If you haven't received your order after 5 working days please contact our service department.
